Hosted VOIP telephony
Midland Telecom can offer a highly resilient and feature rich Hosted VOIP Solution. We Host a carrier grade switch in Tele City with highly resilient servers and data links, ensuring 100% uptime and reliability. Hosted offers the client a new flexible method of Voice, There is No telephone system on site, we simply install a data link, POE data switch’s and SIP handsets. They all link back to our Hosted Switch, and you simply rent Extensions and additional services from us on a monthly basis. These contracts can be formed in a very flexible manner, enabling clients to move sites, ramp up and down the number of extensions required very easily at little or no penalty.
