Does the quality of the lines ordered differ from those ordered directly from BT?
No, not in the slightest! The lines that you will order through Midland TML will still be installed and maintained by Openreach (BT’s network division). The only difference you will see is the price.

Midland TML is a authorised wholesale service provider and so we obtain a discounted price on lines which we pass onto our customers.
Can I transfer my Broadband (ADSL) line or my Alarm line?
Yes, there is no restriction on transferring these lines and making savings.
Are there any limitations on the type of lines that can be transferred?
