The Siemens Hipath 3000 offers traditional telephony and new-world communications rolled into one flexible, cost-effective solution


Traditional telephony has many productivity-enhancing features; the addition of IP communications can meet the needs of home workers or small branch office staff, a previously difficult integration. The two technologies can exist side by side, enabling you to choose the voice service you want and allowing you to gradually use IP technology.

The latest version of HiPath 3000 can integrate mobile workers. The service gives you one number of calls to the office or mobiles to give you the choice of where you want to take calls. Whatever the location, your customer only has to ring your office number, the HiPath 3000 connects them to the number you are at. On the outgoing call the HiPath 3000 manages the set up and uses the most cost effective route, even when dialling from your mobile phone.

You can use Voice-over-IP capabilities to network sites and connect remote users to your head office or opt for the new SIP services being offered by carriers to further drive down communication costs. The latest version of HiPath 3000 offers some even greater enhancements to communcication such as Cordless DECT and Voice over Wireless LAN (VoWLAN) for on-site communications.
