Xpressions Compact

Xpressions Compact is the optional messaging blade for HiPath 3000 systems. It provides a standard specification of 100 hours storage and 8 ports –24 port options are available for HiPath 3800. Remember that Xpressions Compact does not need to connect to extension ports –it is completely integrated.

Already a best seller, Xpressions Compact has now been enhanced with three valuable new features:

One-Touch Voice Recording

- If a user is in a telephone conversation and wants to record the remainder of the call, they can do so by pressing a pre-programmed button on an optiPoint phone or by entering a key code. Recorded calls are saved as Voice Messages on the Xpressions Compact voice processing blade.

Integral Unified Messaging

Every Xpressions Compact Voice Messaging Card now provides Unified Messaging. Voice messages are stored as .WAV files and exported to Microsoft Outlook. Users can listen to, store, or forward messages to other Outlook users. Xpressions Compact can be set to synchronise message status such that when a user listens to a message via Outlook, it is automatically deleted from their voice mail queue.

Recorded Announcement Device

In addition to the music-on-hold facility, which Xpressions Compact provides as standard, a 2 port Recorded Announcement Device function is available providing an attractive proposition for informal call centres. The RAD functionality is activated by a license key and this is chargeable.
