Training
With today’s complex and feature rich voice and data solutions, it
has become crucial to implement on- site thorough training sessions for
our customers to benefit from their new solutions. There is little point
in buying the latest technology, if the end users struggle to understand
and use it. The latest voice and data solutions, can truly revolutionise
the way your office works and thinks, but the key is good training.
At Midland Telecom we benefit from highly skilled trainers working to ensure
that our system installations are stress free to the customers. Our network
of trainers cover our entire range of systems, and during the sales process,
we will design a training schedule that suits and benefits our customers.
We can work flexible hours and schedules, dependent on the type and amount
of training required.
We strongly recommend that our customers opt for our training packages,
to ensure total satisfaction of their new solution.
However on the smaller less complex systems, our engineers will offer familiarity
training Free of Charge.
Training costs range from £175.00 for half day on site, to £300.00
for a full day.
Project Management
The key to successful and trouble free Installations of new voice and data
solutions is Planning and Preparation. At Midland Telecom we have team of
highly skilled and experienced Project Managers whom are employed to ensure
just that. From the point of agreeing the sale, the salesman will commence
the project management process.
This will start buy completing detailed Project Management Spreadsheets
with the customer at point of sale, ensuring that all parties are fully
aware of the total installation process. We will then plan the network provisions,
and pass this information to our sister company Midland TML, who will plan
the lines and calls part of the job. The whole job will then be passed over
to one of our project managers, who will assess the entire deal, order the
equipment, and plan the installations dates with the engineering team, ensuring
there is plenty of time to competently complete the install. Trainers will
then be notified for the agreed date of training for the customer. The customer
will be kept notified of any relevant dates, and changes of those dates.
We will also work closely with any third party contractors who maybe on
site at the same time. Much of our work involves detailed integration with
third parties, and therefore this is part of our process.
The salesman will be kept informed, where necessary of any changes or further
requirements, and it will be there responsibility to ensure, along with
the assigned project manager that the job runs smoothly, and the customer
is entirely happy. It is common for a closure meeting with the customer
and ourselves to
take place upon completion.
