treated as Internal, and as such making internal calls not only Free, but

the developments of VOIP we are able to offer clients the option of having
a fixed IP Phone at their home, so that they are literally an extension
from the office, meaning that they can take and make calls free of charge
as though they are in the office.
Further
more we are able to offer a SOFT IP Phone Client, which is a piece o software
that sits on their LapTop, this literally turns their lapTop into an extension
from the office as per the fixed phone, but as they are using it on a Wireless
LapTop or PDA, anywhere they can get onto their VPN back to their office,
they can be an extension from the system, be that sitting in Macdonalds
or an Airport, or sitting at home on their WiFi network.
This
is very common technology, and we are experts in deploying this.

Example:
We
could add an IP Softphone like the Nortel i2050 to your lap top, also adding
the Unified messaging and Fax server licences, this would then allow you
to be an extension from the office, plus see your voicemails, emails and
faxes in Outlook/Lotus Notes anywhere in thw rold that you are VPN connected
back to your office.
