Midland Telecom has been working for over 20 years in the field of business telephone systems. We provide a complete service for all your communication requirements.

The Midland Telecom Group was formed 21 years ago with the conception of Midland Telecom Limited. We were one of the very first independent Telecoms companies once the industry allowed it. Starting off selling and installing analogue telephone systems for GPT Plessey and Philips we built a strong reputation to be able to provide reliable and complex ( in the day) telephone systems, on time and within budget. The industry has changed beyond comprehension in the last 21 years and The Midland Telecom Group have evolved with it.

We have Won 2 major awards in the last 2 years.Siemens Enterprise Solution of the Year Award 2006 and the Nortel SMB Partner of the Year Award 2006.

We now have 5 Companies within the group including Midland Telecom Ltd, Midland Telecom Services Ltd, Midland TML Ltd, Midland Networks Ltd, Midland Mobiles Ltd. This broad range of companies and services allows us to be able to offer customers of all sizes and requirements complex end to end Voice and Data solutions, including Mobiles, Networks, Lines and Calls.

Midland Telecom are the Sales and Founder company, our main partners are Nortel and Siemens, with legacy partners including Avaya, Toshiba, Samsung, LG, Aastra, Panasonic, GPT and Philips. We have 21 years experience in delivering time critical solutions without compromise.

Midland Telecom Services are the Installations and Support arm, with many of our engineers having more than 15 years experience in both Midland Telecom and our products, we have the skills and dedication to deploy top class end to end solutions. Our inhouse staff mnage a leading edge CRM Services Package which allows our clients to book and monitor there faults on the web. Faults are diagnosed remotely from our office, and we can respond accordingly.

Midland TML are our Lines and Calls Company, who are a BT Wholesale Partner, working with some of the top tier Lines, calls and data services companies in the world. Midland TML ensures that we are able to offer the most competitive Lines and calls rates on the market today, billed efficiently on easy to manage Bills directly from our office.

Midland Networks is a new addition to the Portfolio, we have been deploying data Solutions under the Midland Telecom Banner for over 6 years, the developments of VOIP and SIP ensured that we needed to include world leading Data Solutions from the likes of Nortel, Cisco, HP and Dell. We are able to offer the end to end VOIP solution including Routers, Switch’s, Servers, Networks and Support Contracts.

Midland Mobiles completes our end to end solution. With Mobile Phones acting as extensions from Telephone systems now via WIFi, its clear that Midland Mobiles has a strong position in our portfolio. We are able to offer services from all suppliers including Orange, Vodaphone, O2, T-Mobile, 3 and Blackberry Services.
