Midland Telecom deploy global NEC solution for Red Prairie

We have deployed the NEC Sv8100 SIP solution to Singapore, Copenhagan, Eindhoven, Belgium, Stokenchurch and York, all sites are linked via the NEC Netlink highly resilient VOIP networking protocol. With over 450 extensions over all sites working as one global solution, offering hot desking, unified messaging and Mobility amongst other features, Red Prairie have benefitted greatly from the added functionality.
