The group consists of 4 companies, Midland Telecom Limited who are the sales arm, Midland Telecom Networks are the I.T and data division, Midland Telecom Services Limited who implement and control the operations and maintenance of our voice products and Midland TML Ltd, whom complete our portfolio with their BT Wholesale Partnership, allowing us to offer Lines, Calls, mobile, hosted solutions and Data Services, thus ensuring that we can offer a true ‘One Stop Shop’ solution to all our current and future customers.
Midland Telecom Networks Limited in conjunction with its three associated companies Midland Telecom Services Limited, Midland Telecom and Midland TML Limited offer a wide range of products and services designed to meet all of your business requirements. We offer a true ‘One Stop Shop’ where we will design the solution for you, manage and process the order, liaise with network providers and any other strategic partners that the customers may have on site through to installing the system including training and then on supporting the solution for you to high industry standards.

We have been commended by our partners regularly since our conception, having been awarded several high profile awards. Our Services have nationwide coverage with a 4 hour response for major faults. We also operate remote diagnostics, enabling us to re-program and fix most issues without the need to visit you. This reduces your Down Time, and ensures that if we do need to visit you, we know what the fault is. In a lot cases we install this same software on our customers sites, so that you can self administer your system. Support calls can be logged via email, telephone or our web-site. Calls can also be monitored and tracked via our web-site, and you will get regular contact to ensure you are fully updated of progress.

Midland Networks Business As Usual Support for Servers (BAU Server)
This is the first step of your support contract, and ensures your network runs smoothly. We automatically install the latest Anti-Virus and Microsoft critical patch updates to keep your network protected. We will remotely diagnose hardware/software faults and on-site visits to replace parts are all included. You can log and monitor support calls over the telephone or via our web-site.
Midland Networks BusinessAs Usual Support for Desktops(BAU Desktops)
The same level of service as BAU Server, but customised for your desktops. This is a key element to ensuring your network runs smoothly and essential for today's mission critical computer networks.
Midland Networks Customer Support Service for Servers (CSS Server)
The second step in your support contract. This is an add on service to BAU Server, where we will not only give support when you have a problem, but help to manage your server for you, for example adding/changing/deleting users, scheduling backups, managing your exchange or proxy server remotely.
Midland Networks Customer Support Service for Desktops (CSS Desktop)

The second step in your desktop support contact. This is an add on service to BAU Desktop, it offers the same level of service as server version, but customised for your desktops, for example managing outlook, contacts, email, web-browsing etc.
Midland Networks On-Site I.T Manager (ITM Site)
The final step in your I.T support package and a must have service for busy businesses that don't have the time to manage there own I.T and are not ready for a full-time I.T Department. This is a real person, who is scheduled to be on-site at set times and for a set amount of hours to fully manage your I.T infrastructure, anything from a major outage to adding a network printer or even moving people around in your office. It will normally be the same person, so he/she will know your company, and you will even be able to contact them to ask technical questions and help with your network when they are not on site.
When On-site I.T Manager is used alongside the BAU and CSS services it provides a complete I.T Management solution for small to medium size companies. If you don't want to use all your hours one month, they can be carried over to the next. If you decided you need more hours you can simply add them on as a one-off for that month at a very competitive rate, or increase your contracted hours as you require Note: All BAU & CSS services are quoted as a next business day service level agreement, though we will deal with you issues as quickly as possible. Should you require we can offer same day, 4 hour and 2 hour on-site service level agreement, please ask for a quotation.
